LANDSCAPE VALUES: These Four O’Clocks have fragrant flowers that are flecked and striped with reddish pink, soft yellow or salmon orange. They have a strong citrus scent that perfumes the air when the blooms open in the late afternoon, hence the name ‘Four O’Clock’. They are also useful as a Japanese Beetle trap around roses and veggies. Japanese Beetles are drawn to Four O'Clocks blooms like moths to a flame. Flowers midsummer to frost.
