DESCRIPTION: Clump forming plants with erect green leaves of mild onion flavor. Edible rose pink flowers grow in June and July. Use with tomatoes, salads, or added to cream cheese. Chive blooms stored in vinegar make a great salad dressing.
Established clumps should be divided in autumn. Bees love the Chive flowers.
