LANDSCAPE VALUES: Vigorous and fast growing, Creeping Fig is an evergreen self-clinging climber or trailer that attaches itself to everything with its aerial rootlets. Be sure to keep it pruned if you are growing it as a groundcover and do not want it to cover certain areas or go up trees. The rich green, ovate, heart-shaped leaves look great as a ground cover, trained up a wall, cascading out a container, or as a cover for a topiary. Performs best with afternoon shade and can be used as a houseplant.
